as a frequent traveler to Istanbul this stay was the most amazing and will be the unforgettable one, a special thanks to Hande Özdemir from guest experience team who did an amazing job to make this unforgettable experience with my 10th anniversary from the moment we booked until we left the hotel, we would like to thank her for all the extra services, care and follow up she provided to delight us. for Istanbul I usually stay in Intercontinental hotel in Taksim, but this has became my new favorite hotel, the location in Atakoy in front of the sea is amazing the quietness and peace in the area is great and the view is fabulous, having the market area nearby right across the street of the hotel is also a huge plus. The food is great and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, everything was delicious and perfect. The staff are amazing, a very friendly staff, everyone would like to help with a beautiful smile on their faces. as a manager who worked 15 years in airline and aviation and know about hospitality and tourism standards and as frequent traveler who went to many hotels in different countries to compare I really recommend Sheraton Atakoy Hotel, the service and quality they provide you for the decent prices range you pay for is a great deal, 10/10 experience. I had an absolutely perfect experience. Everything was amazing, from the beautiful surroundings to the comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. The highlight of my stay was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and super helpful throughout my visit. I want to especially mention Mr. Sertaç, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made my stay unforgettable. I would also like to thank Ms. İpek and Ms. Fahriye Özdemir, who were both extremely friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless and memorable experience. I can’t wait to come back!

10/10 Experience at Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy! I had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Istanbul Atakoy Hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special thank you to Ela, Sertac, and Berrak – their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. They were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Their hospitality is a true asset to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Istanbul. I’ll definitely be coming back! 10/10 for the team!

Room was comfortable, spacious, with a beautiful view over Marmara sea (we got higher floor). Check in was smooth and we got the room immediately as we arrived in the morning. In this regards, i would emphasize professionalism and kindness of Mr Emre (working at the second reception desk). Location is well connected with bus and metro to the historic sights and Eminonu. Havaist bus stop is also in the vicinity. The area is quite and provides a good night sleep after the all day of sightseeing.

We had a wonderful long stay at the Sheraton Atakoy. The hotel's location is perfect, right next to the M3 metro stop, restaurants and a Migros. The views from the room were amazing, we were rained in on one of the days but enjoyed staying in our room with the amazing sea views! The breakfast is extensive, with a live egg station. I had gluten allergy and the staff catered to me perfectly. The staff are very attentive and friendly especially Hande and Sunduz, my 3 year old built a special bond with them and was happy throughout our stay. I am giving an extra rating just for the staff and their politeness.
